Accessing and using the Memora website implies full and complete acceptance of these terms of use.

Customer account

You may be offered the option of creating an account to track your orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

Use of the website

You undertake to use the website in accordance with its intended purpose: ordering personalised frames from drawings that you are authorised to send (drawings by your child or by a child in your care, with the consent of the legal guardian). Any fraudulent use, or any sending of content that you are not authorised to send, is prohibited.

Intellectual property of the website

The content of the website (text, logo, layout) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorisation. Drawings sent by customers remain their exclusive property and are used only to manufacture their order, unless explicitly agreed otherwise for promotional use.

Availability of the website

Memora endeavours to ensure access to the website but does not guarantee continuous availability and cannot be held liable for any temporary interruption.

Changes to the terms

Memora may change these terms at any time; the applicable version is the one in force at the time of your visit.

These terms are governed by French law.
